Undone Intention needed to move away from the idea that beauty is something you labor over. Instead, we wanted to showcase beauty as something lived in: real, expressive, and uniquely you. Our goal was to design a space and identity where clients feel seen, celebrated, and empowered to embrace their individuality.

The challenge was to create a salon brand that stands out in the beauty industry — one that feels luxurious but never pretentious.

Our mission was to craft a cohesive visual identity and salon experience that mirrors Undone Intention’s philosophy: effortless intention.

The Goal

We designed a custom logo, a lipstick-inspired script, and a refined serif to capture the duality of the brand. We brought in the peacock — a symbol of strength and grace — as a nod to the confidence we help our clients discover. The result: a brand and space where every detail, from the coffee cups to the client experience, feels thoughtfully considered and welcoming.

Since relaunching as Undone Intention, the salon has established a truly professional and cohesive presence — both in person and online. A unified brand strategy has made it easy to deliver a consistent client experience, from the moment you walk in to every touchpoint on social media.
